When elevating your leg, the Leg Up provides excellent support all over, not just behind the knee. This is particularly important since supporting the leg only by the knee could reduce mobility during recovery. The multiple positions of the Leg Up make it very effective for high, medium and low elevation for different stages of recovery.

This pillow has the same dimensions as the Armstrong pillow, but is heavier with more buckwheat, making it firmer and more able to support the leg.
